DELIVERY OF YOUR COOL BOX
We can deliver anywhere in the UK, Europe and as far as Africa! - Call us for a quote.
All cool boxes and accessories will be delivered to you in a cardboard carton – instructions and your receipt will be on top of the carton in a documents enclosed pouch.
The cost of deliveries to most people - UK mainland addresses - is included in the price of your purchase. For deliveries to islands, highlands & outlying areas there are additional charges which will be happy to quote to you before ordering.
Order before 12noon for next day UK delivery!
Most orders will be delivered to you by overnight carriers. We will contact you either by phone or e-mail to confirm that your order has been received and when you should expect delivery. Delivery time is down to when the van is in your area. The courier will need a signature in order to leave your coolbox order – however, if you are going to be out if you leave a signed note attached to your front door instructing the driver where to leave it – e.g in the porch or with a neighbour then they will do so. Any special delivery instructions can be detailed in the comments section of your web order.
For urgent orders a pre 9.30 am or pre-noon delivery is available at an extra charge. Saturday deliveries are also available for an additional charge.
For some destinations such as Ireland, the Scottish Islands and the Isles of Scilly a 3 day delivery is the quickest available.
For Channel Island customers we use Bowman Haulage who deliver to the Islands on a regular basis.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK
For orders received for European countries we will provide you with an individual quotation and estimated delivery time before dispatch.
Although we make every effort to make our postage charges accurate there are times when due to the remoteness of the delivery address our default website delivery charge is not able to add on this postage surcharge. We would then contact you to advise and discuss options. If the extra postage charge is not acceptable we would then offer a full refund and cancel the order.
We strive to offer excellent customer service and accept at times customer’s tape measures let them down! So if your box needs to be exchanged – first up just let us know. Then put it back in the plastic inner bag and back into the cardboard carton and we will arrange for the courier to collect it at a convenient time and return to us. All we ask is that you pay the cost of the return postage. Then we can re-send a more suitable size /colour and either charge the difference if there is more to pay or if less then make a refund back to you.
